Director Lisa Leeman and Producer L. Mark DeAngelis spent several years following three generations of a Jewish-American family who are torn apart by conflicts over interfaith marriage. Auschwitz survivor Leah Weibel has not spoken to her grandson in six years because he has married ‘out of faith.’ When Leah’s first great-grandchild is born at the same time that her own health starts to worsen, tensions in the Weibel clan come to a head.
